The national capital witnessed unexpected heavy rain around 6:30 AM, catching many office-goers off guard. Key areas like Connaught Place, ITO, Lajpat Nagar, and Dwarka reported significant waterlogging, leading to slow-moving traffic during peak hours.
Authorities have urged commuters to check traffic advisories before heading out.
